Dyed to order yarns:
All dyed to order yarns are unique. Because of this, we cannot issue refunds for variance of color or color pooling in your yarn. All skeins are checked for splits and knots. If you are dissatisfied with your yarn purchase, you have 7 business days from the receipt of your package to contact us for an exchange. You will be responsible for returning your skein in good condition to us.
7 days from receipt of package to apply for a credit. As each jewelry piece is hand made and one of a kind, there are no refunds. However, we will absolutely make it right if your piece is damaged in shipping.
All vintage items are sold in as-is condition. We will do our best to photograph any minor damage or discoloration. We simply will not list items that are unusable.
Craft kits and Kit Club-
There are no refunds on craft kits or kit club.
Basically, we will make it right if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact Christine with any issues at email@example.com. We will make sure you are as happy as that chick up there in the hat. Complete with glitter. Happy customers are our thing. That’s how we roll.
